"My doctor here is great, but the admin is not. They don’t respond to MyChart messages at all, don’t answer the phone, and don’t call you back when you leave voicemails. I’ve called them and sent them messages everyday about a prior authorization and have not received a response. When I contacted my insurance, they said they used the wrong portal to upload the prior authorization."
