"Have been waiting almost two weeks for them to test a specimen for a DOT pre employment. what in the world takes so long? I would recommend labcorp"
"FALSE readings on both blood and urine. Caused a friend to not get uninsured. We did a 2nd test with CRL and secretly another lab 45 minutes apart. CRL said blood in urine and a few other things. Other lab (4 star lab) gave clean bill of health. These people are pathetic!! DO NOT USE THEM !!!!"
"Finally safe to post. Worst company ever to work for.... Mandatory overtime every day and upwards of 2 20 minute breaks in upto 16 hours of work. It has been the better part of a decade since I worked there but can't imagine it changed. I ended up having to quit when the human resources department called my doctor to have my restrictions lifted to meet their needs so I could still do the exact work that required me to have 4 different arm surgeries."
"Do not use if wanting to travel. We ordered 5 Covid saliva tests, registered them online and returned them in the Kansas City drop box location. Results came back quickly...great! Unfortunately, they were time-stamped wrong and NOT within the 72 hour time frame for my travels. I registered the kits when they arrived 7 days prior to travel. 3 days prior to travel I collected the sample and dropped it in the box. They counted the day I registered them as the collection date, even though nothing in their instruction pamphlets or online registration indicate that it will be time stamped as such. Customer service was super unhelpful and refused to give me another test or refund my worthless $600 tests. Don't make the same mistake I did....register after that 72 hour window. Nothing in their instructions say that and I paid a heavy price for their negligence. Be clearer on your registration process! **Update 11/23/21--The company reached out and sent new kits, but after our vacation so they've just been collecting dust on our shelves. However, 7 months later I had a reason to use the "replacement" kits. Their website now says to not register kits until ready to collect sample. It should still be more thorough stating the date the sample is collected will be the same as the date you register, especially for people using this test for travel."
"Zero stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Literally everything that could go wrong with the saliva test kit process... I ordered and paid for 2 kits, which according to their website, they ship overnight, and we will be notified when they ship. We received no shipping notification, and then only one kit arrived, late. I asked to be reimbursed for the second kit that was not delivered, and they refused, because they said it was FedEx's responsibility, not theirs. The supervisor that wrote me back had the audacity to say that "apologies that the delivery time did not meet my expectations" (again, when they advertise express overnight shipping). The instructions that are included in the kit and the instructional video are for a different type of tube, so it seemed the kit I received was defective. I called customer service and they let me know that they had switched tubes (but had not updated the instructions). Finally, I signed up for text updates, and I keep getting voice calls, and their automated system does not work. It is supposed to provide a verification code, but when answering the call, the automated voice has already started giving out the verification code, so there is no way to get the first digits. I have to call customer service to get a verification code, because they are not able to switch my account to get texts (which is what I signed up for anyway). If my test results are posted over the weekend, I will not be able to access them, because customer service does not work on weekends."
