"My left hearing aid broke. I had no idea if it could be repaired or if I would need new ones. I began to google places, and it was there I found Brookway Hearing Center. I called the office. They took my name and number and told me a gentleman would call me when he was done with a customer. I began to pray that I would be shown where to go, and with that, my phone rang. It was Bob from Brookway. An appointment was made for me to come in. I was told the "receiver" was broken. A new one was ordered, and when I returned, it was fixed in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, personable, patient, and kind. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. My prayer was answered beyond my expectations! The office staff is remarkable too! I highly recommend Brookway to anyone who is searching for the right place."
