"Terrible experience. Don't waste your money here, as you'll just end up having to go to your normal doctor anyway. Lauren (nurse practitioner) had no idea what she was doing. First, she said she couldn't prescribe me the meds needed because protocol told her a different medicine. Then she changed her mind and said she could prescribe the meds needed after all. She changed her mind a 3rd time and decided I might be allergic to them. I've taken this medication at least a dozen times in the past, and I'm 100% not allergic to it. I went through all that just to have to go back to my real doctor anyway. They kept me there 2 hours for all this, even though I had an appointment. Waste of time and money!"

"I had a very unprofessional experience with this clinic when I went here for a physical a couple months ago. The man that helped on my first visit was so kind of helpful but I didn’t have all of the records I needed so I had to make a second appointment. The woman that conducted my physical was so unprofessional in her behavior and made me extremely uncomfortable; I would not recommend going here at all."

"Tiffany, the Nurse Practitioner was extremely kind and professional. I appreciated being able to wait in my car until they were ready for me (which was no wait at all). The pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock but called the North Royalton CVS for me and had them fill it -- and THEN called me back to let me know they had done so. Very good visit here."

Signed in online, and when I arrived I was seen in under five minutes. My nurse and nurse practitioner Tim were friendly and professional. Everyone communicated with me every step about what they were observing, and they explained their diagnosis and prescription. The pharmacy filled my scripts in under ten minutes too. Recommend!"

"Always friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Always getting me in quickly. Once when it was overbooked, they let me know the wait was long and let me know which closest minute clinic would be able to treat me quickest. I've always felt like they have treated my family and I respectfully and efficiently and quickly. Much easier than getting into the regular physician when you know that you are I'll and basically need treatment. I love that they send the medicine right to the pharmacy, very few minutes to wait for it to be filled"
