"Every year my husband purchases a gift card for massage for me @ Xmas. He purchases several for me to use through the year. He tried this establishment for a change because it is convienient to my work. I made a first appt on a Saturday for a Monday @ 5pm. When I got to work Monday I was told I was needed to stay longer because they were short staffed.i called to cancel as soon as I was told this. But was rudely told they would charge me 50% of the service .when I made my appt I was not told about this cancellation policy. I have used another popular establishment for many years prior and was well aware and told each time I called I would be charged $25 to my credit card that I gladly provided them. I was never asked for a credit card or told about this policy.at Hand & Stone. Very disappointed ."

"I had a facial at Hand Stone in Wexford. The girl that did my facial name was Ashton, and she was fantastic. It’s the best facial I’ve had in a couple years. Place was very clean, and relaxing setting. The lady at the front desk was very courteous, and explained a lot of things to me about their club plan. I will certainly try Ashton again. "As a part of my bachelorette party, my bridal party and I had a spa day here on 10/14. The crew didn’t hesitate to make our experience amazing! From setting us up with a separate room with snacks to hang out in, to making sure everyone got great service, we all had an awesome, relaxing time. They also gave me (the bride) a really thoughtful gift. Everyone was so kind and really made the day great. Highly recommend having a massage or facial here!"
