She sets the tone of the entire salon with her warm personality and the other employees there follow her lead. She has a great core group that I've converted my husband and several friends to start going to. Love leaving there each time with a fresh feeling from the cut and color Shelly gives me."

"What a fantastic experience I had today at Salon Bella Rae! I’ve never been there before nor did I know anyone that works there. I called at 2:15pm for an appointment for today. The receptionist checked with the stylist and Alexis scheduled me at 2:30pm for cut and color. I had such a great time talking with her and she did a great job on my hair.
