"I love my lashes. I do think that the business should list on your confirmation email that there is an extra $8 charge if your appointment is completed by a "master." The charge is listed in the "upgrade my appointment" section, but if not familiar with the procedure, I don't know that people would be aware of this charge. The other upgrades were add-ons... so unless looking carefully, and realizing what you were booking, it is a surprise additional cost."

"The staff and business was nice and clean and very nice! Abeline was my lash artist. This is the first time I ever got my lashes done and it was for vacation (hybrid lashes) which was mentioned at the end of the apt along with the DO’s and DONT’S (very much appreciated) I followed the instruction to not get them wet for 24-48 hours. My apt was Wednesday, I left for vacation Thursday and my lashes are sparse and have been falling out since I left. It’s Saturday now and these are pictures of them currently. I know they are supposed to shed but I didn’t think they’d look almost non existent in 3 days. I paid 140$. Also didn’t bring back up lashes with me to look good on my birthday vacation because I figured the lashes would look good for ATLEAST a week! Not to mention I bought 25$ lash cleanser and tipped! :( not happy with the outcome and probably won’t get lash extensions again."

"My experience was good at deka lash. My appointment was at 1230 and was taken back around 1240, (mind you, it was fairly busy). The artist doing my lashes (dawn) was very informative about the different styles of lashes, and how to care for my lashes afterwards. She gave me a card of DO’s and DON’TS for my lashes. Overall had a great experience with my artist. The only concern I have, and I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like this, is shedding. I had multiple lashes fall out after I left. I wasn’t touching them or messing with them, and she did warn me they would shed off but I didn’t think it’d be so much just after I got done. Other than that I had a great experience and would recommend! *UPDATE* After almost 1 week of getting them, still intact with less fallout. 1st picture is after getting them done, 2nd picture is from today."
