"Home Depot has items on sale. They will not send the item to another store. Even though the customer is willing to pay for it first to be sent to the store closer to their home or to their home. Ben the manager in Harrisburg told us that. He called Lebanon they said they have two of the items we wanted. We drove to Lebanon 33 miles each way. Only to find out Ben had them set back the wrong item. When I called Ben he said he had them set back the item my husband showed him a picture of. I said NO my husband showed you the picture of what he wanted. He NEVER had a picture of the item you had them set back. He as much as called me a liar. Mr. Williams the manager at Lebanon gave us some money off of one item. Mr. Williams is super nice he apologized for the mix up caused by Ben. BEWARE DEALING WITH HOME DEPOT THEY SAY DEAL BUT THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE SALE PRICE OR HAVE THE ITEMS shipped to certain areas Ben told us weather that is correct or not check before giving them ANY money or shopping for their so called bargain deals."
"This has been my go to store since it opened. I am a contractor. So it's very convenient. They usually have everything I'm looking for. However like every thing else . Prices have jumped dramatically. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Especially for contractor loading because everyone seems to think it's for them because they are to lazy to use the lot . Check out is usually pretty fast if you go after 9 am . Went most contractors are gone. Unlike lowes you don't have to search the store for help . I recommend this establishment"
"Was there on 5-25-24. Was in the store and fire alarms went off. Employees didn't react or let customers know to exit the store. Total failure on management part. Way to make a customer feel safe"
"I had ordered lumber from Home Depot for our outback deck. After price-checking multiple locations theirs was the best quality for the price. We had the lumber delivered, it came earlier than expected and the driver was great! She drove the huge truck up our one way, unloaded, and backed out like it was second nature. Highly recommend utilizing their company for lumber needs."
