"the number that is listed is a national number. They have no idea what the Home Depot in Monroeville has available to rent. Huge waste of time. Why not list the appropriate number?"
"I tried for two weeks to rent the tractor-loader-backhoe they had in the parking lot with the "Rent Me" sign on it. But they got a new John Deere model, so they took the old Kubota out of their system. But apparently the store lost the paperwork for the John Deere, so they can't rent it. So the guy at the store had me call the 800 number and deal with them so they could check other Home Depots. I called them, they said the Wilkins store had one available and transferred my call to them. The guy at the store said they had it available and to call the 800 number (the same one that just transferred me to them) to order it. I guess they don't want my money..."
