"Took my car in to get a weird noise diagnosed, they told me that one of the wheel bearings I had just gotten replaced at another shop was faulty. They also charged me $100 for the diagnostic. I’ve had the wheel bearing checked at multiple other shops and it is totally fine. They also didn’t fix a leaking radiator hose when I asked them to during the same visit (my dad was able to fix it by tightening it a little bit lol). I’m not sure if they even actually looked at my car. Just got to Autoproz instead, they are way cheaper, nicer, and more honest."

"Honestly... I don't even know where to start. They remind me of the mechanic EVERYONE in my family goes to back home. This is the shop you tell ALL your extended family and friends to go to. (Cousin, kids, mother, fathers, uncles, the in laws, etc) Their honestly is above top tier. The first time I went here a year ago they didn't sell me anything I didn't need and picked up phone calls every time. I really like the people at the front desk especially the owner - I believe is Matt? I apologize if that's not his name -- The boss man! He has a great memory and remembered me since the last time I came in. Very transparent man and will shoot it to you straight. My most recent experience I came in for an alignment + inspection. I drove off and turned around an hour later due to some noise I heard. They put it on the lift & diagnosed it for me on the spot. I genuinely think this shop has the best interest of the community and all customers who come in. They could've easily told me I need to fix x, y, & z, but they didn't. I will forever be grateful for how I am treated every time I come here. I will continue to bring my vehicles here as long as I'm in the area & highly recommend this shop to everyone. Their waiting area is also a good place to wait for your car. I cannot stress how thankful I am to the owner himself. Great man, great business, & I can see why they're so busy all the time! 10/10 establishment."
