"I dropped off my car for an electrical problem and thought I'd get an oil change even though I normally do that at another shop. They called me and said the oil pan drain hole is stripped and it needed to be replaced for $420 in addition to the cost of the oil change. They claimed the previous shop that did the oil change stripped the threads so they are not responsible. The car was not leaking oil before this so I am not convinced that is the case."
