"Dropped by this Mr Tire for work today. I was treated great. They were polite and helpful. I got an estimate for the work and time for the work to be done. It came in under estimate and ready early. Just top notch!"
"On Thursday morning I was about to go to work and found out I had a nail on my tire. All I did was went to the nearest tire replacement store. I had a fantastic experience with the tire repair service provided by Rolando. His prompt response and efficient handling of the issue were truly commendable. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism throughout the process. The tire repair was done meticulously, and he even took the time to explain the details. While I encountered no major challenges, I’m confident that Rolando would handle any future issues with the same level of skill. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the service and grateful for the peace of mind he provided. Thank you, Rolando!"
"I purchased a set of 4 tired last year and I am extremely disappointed about the whole experience I wished that I would have gone somewhere else. To start, I absolutely got ripped off by how much I paid for it. $1700 for 4 tires is absurd. At the store, I found the same tires online for cheaper and brought that to the attention of the mechanic at the front desk to price match the tires. He said “ Sorry but I can’t do that, should have told me before”. I haven’t paid yet and my car was still getting inspected so I was just appalled by his response and the lack of customer service. Also, when I asked how much everything was going to be he gave me an estimate… probably $1300-$1400, to my surprise, the total was $1700 with added warranty for the tires. I couldn’t do anything but to pay that and get my car and leave. 5-6 months later one of my tired got damaged and since I had the warranty on them I reluctantly went back to have it replaced. The same mechanic was there and I just knew that I was about to get ripped off again. They looked at my account and saw that the tire had warranty on it but I had to pay $260 out of pocket because “there is a price difference.. the tire is more expensive now”. What is the point of getting the warranty if I will have to pay hundreds on dollars out of pocket for the same tire?! So if the tires gets cheaper, do they give me money back? The logic was crazy. Never in my life have I paid this much for tires. So please, beware of this place. They are not upfront with prices and you will overpay $$$$s. I even called their customer service number to complain and they didn’t even answer. Shameful business! (Sorry for the long review, but if you are reading this and are at the shop, run away, or drive away and don’t look back)"
"I had an appointment for service. I received a confirmation email about that appointment, so obviously they have my contact information. I made the time to come to that appointment, only to see a sign in the window saying it’s closed. For no reason. And they did not do me the courtesy of contacting me to let me know—forcing me to waste time coming all the way there. Rude, unprofessional, unnecessary! Other shops in the area treat customers better."
"In my personal experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, I recently visited their shop to purchase four new tires and get an alignment. I had heard good things about their services, so I trusted them with my car. However, after the transaction was completed, I started noticing some issues that made me question whether I had been scammed. Firstly, the cost of $1000 for four tires and an alignment seemed significantly higher than what other people had paid for similar services at different shops. I felt like I was overcharged, especially when I compared it to the prices I had seen online. It made me wonder if Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers intentionally marked up their prices. Secondly, I noticed that the quality of the tires I received wasn't up to my expectations. They seemed to be of a lower quality than what I had requested and paid for. The tires started wearing out much sooner than anticipated, which made me question whether I had received genuine, durable products. Additionally, the alignment performed on my car seemed ineffective. Even after getting the alignment done, I noticed that my car was still pulling to one side, and the steering felt off. It appeared as though the alignment was either not done correctly or not done at all. This made me doubt the expertise of the technicians at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers and whether they were genuinely committed to providing quality services. Lastly, when I tried to reach out to the company to address my concerns and seek a resolution, I faced difficulties in getting a response. The lack of customer support and willingness to resolve the issue further added to my frustration and reinforced my feeling of being scammed. The manager at the time was Laurie Mccoy."
