"My husband and I took our vehicle to Transmission Magician for service and was greeted by a friendly little puppy. John and Val were very helpful and knowledgeable; you can tell that they have been doing this for a while. I was surprised while reading through a couple of these reviews. John and Val (and Pickles) were pleasant and we felt as though they were very fair. We never got the sense they were trying to rip us off. I'm guessing if someone had a bad experience, it very well may have started with the customer's attitude- just our two cents. We are hoping we won't have any car troubles, but if we do, we will be going back to the Transmission Magician."
