"Lifetime was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They started me off with a free inspection too check for hail damage. With no high pressure sales tactics, John showed me the photos from the inspection, explained the damage found and assisted me while I contacted my insurance company. He also came out when the insurance adjuster came to make her assessment of the roof damage. The roof replacement was fully covered by insurance. Becky came to my home to assist me in choosing the shingles and other components for the new roof. She explained everything fully and was very helpful in helping me choose the materials. On the day of install, I was kept in the loop from beginning to end. The team finished the job efficiently, took care to ensure no damage occurred to the house surroundings were not damaged by any of the materials from the roof being removed, and they cleaned up the area fully before they left. Bob walked me through what they found when the shingles had been removed and how the problems found were resolved. I was very pleased with the new roof, it looks great! Even through the final invoice process, all of my questions were welcomed and answered thoroughly by Jessi.
