"I didn't have a positive experience. The first crew to come in 2017 had a poor work quality/ethic. In 2018 issues with the work were mostly resolved. I found some issues that weren't taken care of, so a representative came to my house and those issues were documented. I was told that if I wasn't happy with the outcome of this repair that it was my problem, because they wouldn't be back. Well, part of a plank had separated and I asked Jason to please fix that. He said he would not because he'd have to replace the underlayment and the planks. I called the company in April of 2019... nothing has happened. I can't even get warranty information. Sad!"
