"I rented a large size mini excavator with thumb. Bestline delivered machine and repaired machine as it had a few issues. They were easy to work with and understanding that the excavator needed replaced. They brought me another replacement excavator and provided an extra day rental at no cost. The service department folks were excellent to deal with and the onsite maintenance guys were very professional and knowledgeable. Delivery drivers were professional and courteous. They even went over how to operate the excavators and the safety features. Overall, even with the issues I had with the excavators, Bestline worked with me to correct the issues and were great to rent from. I would recommend renting from them!"
