"I am very happy with Nicolella and my new roof so far (Installed about 3 weeks ago now). They were neither the highest or lowest bid, but I felt they offered the best combination of final product, responsiveness, and overall value of the many companies I talked to before awarding them the work. I splurged for a GAF 25 year golden warranty (by the way they give a 10 year workmanship warranty as part of their normal work!) I originally hesitated to call Nicolella because of their lack of reviews here and more restricted office hours than most, but I would encourage others not to let the hours hold you back. The folks I dealt with were willing to go out of their way to accommodate my schedule even if the clock and listed hours said otherwise. I mostly worked with Nathan, but everybody I dealt with was respectful, informative, and they even showed some flexibility with me which I appreciated (i.e. some of the contractors I dealt with were only interested in using one or two specific brands of materials even when I specifically asked about something else that would suit my situation better). I was also pretty specific about certain questions and information I wanted or wanted added to the contract before I agreed to it, and they had no issues answering all of them, showing their insurance info, and even amending the contract accordingly. Once the contract was signed they made it out to my house within about 2 weeks. The job itself was performed by their subcontractors and supervised by their foreman, Matt. Now I know my roof is pretty simple and small (12 square), but I was impressed when they started at 7:00am and they were eating pizza after cleanup was complete by 1:00! They hung big tarps from my gutters to protect my house as well as landscaping which worked pretty well although some of the holes in said tarps did allow some old shingles through, leaving a few dings/scratches and black marks on the back of my house (I didn't complain to them about it, but am confident they would have taken care of it if I had). When my new roof was complete every person from the crew was on top of it cleaning up all the remaining debris as a team. When all was said and done there were a few small pieces of shingle or paper here and there, but I has taken a few weeks to find them... they did a great job! Looking back, I probably should have mowed my grass before they came to make it easier to pick up nails etc. but I haven't found a single nail in the lawn or otherwise (they ran a magnet over the yard and landscaping multiple times)."

"I called Nicolella last minute after having called 6 other contractors for a quote. I was referred to them by a friend of mine. They raved about how well the took care of their roof. Anyway, Mark talked to me for 30 minutes on the project and the way his company does business. He said he would quote me after he came out and walked on the roof and looked things over. He was the first and only contractor to do that. He took pictures of the roof and discussed what was needed. I received the quote promptly. He wasn't the cheapest and was in the midst of most of the other quotes I received. We went with him because of the referral and the 25 year gaf warranty they could offer because they are a MASTER ELITE GAF installer. Because of an opening in their schedule due to a cancellation, they were able to come out within 1 week of signing the contract. They were literally on site working for 5 hours on our 1100 square foot home. They started at 8 am and was gone by 1 pm. The job was completed extremely quickly and appears to be very well done. It's been a week since the install on 6/6/2017, if I have anything to add to this review later, I will update it."

"A great job repairing some lost shingles on our home. They also straightened some gutters, nailed on some trim all on the same call, for a very reasonable price. They were honest and professional. Highly recommended from a very demanding customer."
