I made the mistake of renting a wheeled skid loader on a rainy day and spent 8 hours making a driveway just to get it up the hill. I called them and they delivered a skid loader with tracks the next morning and I was able to get the job done, no problem. When it feels like most businesses these days are lacking good service, this was very refreshing. Thank you guys!"

Even transferred a 60 to a different store for us so we could get two at one time, but didn't have to go to two different locations. Highly recommend!"

"Called to rent a scissor lift, initially everything went great. Angela took the order, and details of what I needed and where I needed it dropped off. Trouble came on delivery, scissor was left in the lower parking lot vs upper, and only had 2 bar of battery power. By the time I drove it to the upper lot I was down to 1 bar. Once finished I called and advised I was done (1/2 day) but transportation couldn't get it. I left it inside and on charge for them. Angela said she would review the bill with her manager due to wrong drop and not being ready for rent. It took 4 days to get it picked up, after multiple calls. I followed up with her 3 or 4 times on the billing before I got a response. I was charged $150 for the lift vs $180 plus deliver $180 each way. Overall disappointed in follow up from Sunbelt, delivery of machine, and overall customer service."
