"Not the friendliest group of people, but good at fixing things. What really drives me nuts is the dirt parking lot which turns into muddy soup every time it rains or snows. I keep my truck nice but when I have to go here I come out looking like I've been swamping through a cornfield. You would think with the money they have they could spring for some asphalt."
"Great parts service. Allen always takes good care of me."
"Had truck breakdown in front of an intersection. They advised on a towing company which came and got us right away. They worked on our truck in a timely manner and kept us informed every step of the way. They went the extra mile and we appreciate all their help! Recommend to everyone great service. Thank you Rick!!"
"Have a friend in Mississippi and his 3406e Caterpillar engine broke. Had an out of frame Platinum overhaul done in 2016. The shop had to strip it down to the block to find the problem. He found out the Caterpillar shop in Cranberry Township Pennsylvania used the wrong materials to repair the block, contrary to CAT specifications. Also the inserts were installed incorrectly, and to top it off the mechanic who did the overhaul wrote in his notes that he had to use epoxy to fill gaps between the inserts and the block, after sending it back to the machine shop twice to have it done properly. After contacting CAT he is getting the cold shoulder as to why an expensive Platinum Overhaul lasts only 4 years . And why when it says right there in the paperwork that inserts were installed, they are telling him no inserts were installed??? Are these people drunk, or is this the way they operate? Install inferior parts and as soon as the warranty runs out you are out of luck!! Is this how Caterpillar treats its certified million milers? This guy is stuck in Mississippi not making any money. He says whenever he talks to anyone in corporate office they all seem to agree that yes, it was done wrong using the cast iron inserts. Even the guy at the dealership told him he'll make it right. But now everyone has disappeared, or started speaking untruths, when the evidence is right there in the technician's notes. Maybe they hope my friend will go away quietly. Any advice folks??"
"Every other place I called today told me they can't get me in for a week to fix a couple broken wires to the ECM. Not Cleveland Bros. CAT. called them and they set up a tow service and got right on the job! Fast, professional and went above and beyond to help a guy out! Thank you so much for the great service!! Ryan with DB Express."
