The staff was knowledgeable & patient. They even made suggestions, but weren’t rude about it. We found everything we needed. Since the boxes that held the rock were broken upon us making arrangements for pick up, Kelly’s offered to deliver our supplies at no cost to us. This is customer service at its finest!
