Terrible service set up my rental two months ahead of my event and talked to the sales guys 7 times evething was good I aproved the quote now 2 days before the event they said the quote was wrong and tried to charge me $800 from $341 leaving me no time to find another service provider for the portable toilets! extremely unprofessional. Will never earn my business again."

"United Rentals has been a breath of fresh air following our previous service provider. As the finance manager at KGK and Company, I searched around for a few weeks trying to find a great business to take on our onsite service needs. We use 6-10 units per month on a rotating basis which proved to be overwhelming for our precious (sub par) provider. Not United Rentals. Account set up was smooth and quick. Cory, our sales person, was helpful and prompt with my MANY questions, and even made a personal visit to make sure I fully understood the process. The rentals themself are clean, roomy, and well maintained. Delivery and pick up is easy to schedule, and there is quick turn around. Our crew says they are "the next best thing to a porcelain throne". *insert giggles* Pricing is very competitive to the 7 companies I researched. Billing is smooth, payments are easy, and the invoices are clearly set up. We are very satisfied with United Rentals; they truly set the bar on taking a seat. *wink*"

"Service from Manager Jeff was fantastic. United had a tool no other company had. But it was a shock to find out after my reservation (and driving an hour to get a tool) that there was a MANDATORY 15% insurance charge unless I have a rider from my insurance company with them as the payee for rental equipment. I could have gotten that had I known earlier. I heard this was a new policy, but if something is mandatory, it should be included in the online quote or price. (With a 15% discount if you have the insurance certificate) Not a hidden fee for an unwelcome surprise when you get there. No military discount. (Being active/reserves military, not just a Veteran, should be even more assurance that their equipment is safe and will be returned. If you can trust me with a government weapon and millions of dollars in military equipment and lives...you can probably trust me for a hand held tool. Maybe.) Ha!"

"Although the service is good, the credit/payment department is a mess. I went in to my local branch to pay my bill. I paid the bill and 3 weeks later they are telling me they cannot find the payment. They are holding up my final invoice payment on a large job. It has now been 2 days and no help to resolve the issue. Contractors beware. This is a large national company with a lot of red tape to deal with. You are not actually dealing with the local branch, you will be dealing with a big company. Maybe too big for their britches. Continued....Ultimately, they did take care of things. Major pain though."
