"A true family owned business, I would highly recommend them if you need redi-mixed truck delivered concrete"
"Never on time. I work for several different contractors. So far this year 2024 the service has been perfect and the material is great. Credit where credit is due"
"Truck driver pulled out the 225 W Prospect business and nearly crashed into me on my lane with no care in the world."
"I am leaving a one star review for Cashen due to an interaction with one of their crew in which the worker sprayed my oncoming car with the truck's high powered water hose because the crew man "thought" my husband was driving too fast. The local law enforcement came to the scene and confirmed the crew man for Cashen was in the wrong and almost caused an accident, and was given a citation for disordely conduct. My husband was hit in the face with the water from the hose causing him to slam on his breaks and almost hit a truck parked on the side of the road. I was sprayed in the passenger seat, and at first didnt realize what exactly happened because the sound of the force of the water hitting our car made me think someone had hit us from the side. The worker was combative and aggressive with my husband and then again with the police when they showed up a few moments later. Why was Cashen's worker standing along side of a neighborhood street, without a neon vest on or any other construction protective gear? Dont you care about your workers safety? Additionally, do you always hire workers who are willing to assult pedestrians going to yard sales in their own neighborhood? Is Cashen always dismissive of complaints against their workers (especially those who cause law enforcement to be called at the scene of a new droveway install) Are you are okay with Cashen sending workers with disorderly conduct charges to your home?"
"Extremely rude and unprofessional crew. Today, while driving around the lyndhurst/ mayfield heights neighborhoods, where I live and am raising my children, a crew worker for Cashen Ready Mix sprayed a hose at my car through my window and sprayed me in my face almost causing me to crash my car with my daughter in it. I stopped my car, unsure exactly what happened, and the crew worker immediately started yelling and cursing at me claiming that I was driving too fast. The Mayfield heights police were called and the crew worker was issued a citation for disorderly conduct. When speaking with the owner of Cashen, John, afterwords he was dismissive of the fact that his worker was given a disordly conduct charge, on the job, and didnt feel like any additional punishment was needed against the crewman. Be careful who you hire to work around your families and in your neighborhoods."
