"NEARLY KILLED MY ENTIRE FAMILY... AND LAUGHED!!!! I was driving my family to the zoo in the RIGHT lane on 480 east when their delivery big rig driven by a man with yellowish beard came within a couple feet behind and then recklessly "passed" cutting us off driving us off the road while the man in the passenger seat laughed thinking it must've been hilarious. Please come and explain to my 2-year-old why your delivery was more important than her life and why nearly killing her was funny!!! Shameful that my impression of this company is one that does not value life, family, or even respectful behavior as human beings, let alone professionalism. I expect better from Clevelanders. Drew took the call of this shaking and angry father and handled it about at professionally as anyone could. And that is the best I can offer other than pure disgust and hatred and contempt for Interior Supply, Inc."
"They have any type of ceiling tile you would need. Friendly and fast service. This is the place to go if you have a hard to find ceiling tile. They have every ceiling tile known to man."
"Was recommended a product by one of there employees. Ordered 6k worth of it and did not work. Charging me 30% restock fee and $800 in a freight charge. Company does not stand behind the products they sell or what there employees recommend over the phone to contractors. Also ceiling tile was chipped and dented out of the box, met with employee from interior supply on site and he said “that’s not to bad I’ve seen worse” I will make sure my business goes elsewhere as well as the rest of my company"
