"I would like to leave a better star rating but with the experince i ha e been having with this company and the consistance bother for a review when only half the project is over. I believe that this one star is appropriate. First half they got done and billed out quickly. But the second half of the project the loan department is dragging their feet and are requiring documents that they dont need. I have told them all thw info they needed multiple time and it is starti g to get to the point where i am about to go to another metal roofing company just to complete what was started."

"We chose Erie for our home roofing project and we're glad that we did. There was some miscommunication along the way between sales and project lead about what was to be done, but we are very happy with the end result. The roof looks great and we would recommend them to others."

"The Erie install team was efficient and quick in setting up, removing the old shingles, and putting down the ice guard and underlayment. More importantly they did a great job installing the shingles. My only area of concern was the volume of nails and staples left behind in the flowerbeds. They used magnets, but more attention was needed for this. It’s a detail but certainly not enough to take away from an overall five-star rating. I would highly recommend Erie for its quality."

"They were all so good and nice and they have their money and now that once it rained I was shocked to find out that the gutters are leaking out from the back of it and I’m not getting much help from them about it I’ve called them several times and left messages but they don’t respond back and when I have spoken with them they say that they have a service ticket for it but I’m still waiting for them to repair what they messed up at the tear off and replacement of the roof and it’s not laying down right After several calls to them they set up a service ticket and then they had the installer come out and fix the roof issue over all the roof is very nice and I’m glad that they did put up new roof sheeting it really did need it I just want to make sure that all of the water is going in the gutter before I will sign off on the repairs so once I know that for sure then I will say more on this I had the installer come back out and fix the issue that I had with the water leaking behind the gutter but I will say this that I’m not really happy with the roofing company Erie Home they have ghosted me so meany times and they are pushy about wanting me to sign off on my issue with my problem all I wanted to do is verify that it was resolved and I needed rain to see if it was they were high pressure sales and I personally think that they are high cost and high pressure to get you to purchase with them it also not easy to get ahold of them once everything is said and done"

"The crew from Erie Home did a great job on install day! They were fast, efficient and took care to not damage the plants and many obstacles there are in close proximity city housing. The final product looks great and I expect it will for many years to come."
