"They require customer tow vehicles to be "three quarter ton or higher" yet my "half ton" Ford F150 ecboost has the equivalent towing capacity that of an entry level F250. My truck literally is the EQUIVALENT of what is "required". So if Ford says it's safe to tow up to 14,000 lbs, why should the model number of the truck actually matter in this case since the estimated payload is less than that? Someone in leadership here didn't do very well in school it seems."

"I bought a used piece of equipment from here and worked with Paul in sales. The thing is I bought it remotely as I'm in NC. Everything was very smooth despite doing everything by phone/text.
