"Edit: They have not reached out in their process of looking into it. Rented an excavator for a week. Ran into equiptment issues with the older machine they gave me after 4 hrs of trenching. They had a tech come out and fix the issue which got us back up and running late the next day. Only got about 5 or 6 hrs of work out of the machine before it gave up again in the same fashion. Had to use the large dozer I had to fill in the trenches before the rain came which tore up the yard way more than and made a mess of the area. A day later they brought a different machine out that I was able to put about 5 hrs on. Then was unable to use it because of the rain. Had their machine worked I wanted to put 40hrs on it that week and if it wouldn't have been broken two days I could have used it to fill in the trench before the rain came. I'll now have to spend more time and money fixing the yard now because of their equiptment issues. Did not realize I was renting a 10+ year old machine and would run into issues with it. They were very nice to talk to and deal with when the issues came up, promising they would take care of me when I was done. Ended up dropping the machine off when they weren't there as I was busy during business hours. I then got a charge for the full week price without a phone call. Long story short ended up getting only 15hrs of work paying for 40 still and was only able to get 1/3 of the total price off. Said that was all they could do because they wouldn't make any money on the deal if they gave it to me for nothing. A days charge seemed more fair to me. I would have never rented from them if I had known I couldn't finish the project with their machine. Disappointed in the end result of the whole transaction."
