"Don't waste your time. The care is sub standard. My wife was diagnosed with Covid. They gave her a script for Paxlovid ($1350) with insurance. For which I bet they get a kickback. I called Aetna and they told me that Lagevrio ($0) and probably NO kickback was covered by the insurance. I called to get them to call in the script for that. I called 4 hours before they closed and was told a Dr would call back. Never got the call, Go figure. Would have been better off going to a Witch Doctor. Everyone at the 3840 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317 location should be FIRED! The sad part is that they were not even busy when we went around 1pm"

"They are rude. They make you set an appointment and sit in the room for over 2 hours while they talk about the patients out loud and eat oatmeal on the clock. They don’t care if it’s a kid or adult they are just there to get paid not help"

"Very rude person answering the phone when I called to get a new prescription for my daughter. I asked for it to be called into Giant Eagle, she said it was already called into Rite aid. I asked can they call it into Giant Eagle instead, and I will get it in the morning. She very rudely said "well, I'll see what we can do, and hung up on me." I will not return to Med express"

"Do trust this corporate office or MedExpress. I was misdiagnosed with Lyme's disease... My doctor that I seen did not even want to waist a vile to do a blood test on me. Instead she gave me this horrible steroid ointment that made my skin with the rash even itchier. She did not even ask anyone for a second opinion. She definitely thought it was a mosquito bite and she was sticking with her answers even though I was sick for about a week and a half with flu like symptoms body aches and pains and so much more. I said I never had a mosquito bite break out like this in my life. She told me to wait a week or come back if anything changes. The location where I am at is highly rated with ticks. I went to the ER the very next morning and they were so fast and so professional about my case. I would not trust MedExpress with the life of children if I had any. Not sure why this is but the Managers of MedExpress don't know medical practice... I gave her a blood test to read and she had no clue what it was or how to read it. That was kinda a shocker to me.... Also back to my doctor she said she did not want to waist a vile.... So if that vile could of saved my life or see what was wrong with me... I tried giving them emails and no response back. $$$$$ yum yum yum"
