"Had work done this past summer and he was training his brother on my van. Transmission pan was done poorly and leaking with no gasket. Mechanic I took it to next had to redo some of the work and said he could've done better with cardboard and duct tape. I messaged to get some money back for letting someone train on my vehicle and not having it done well but never heard anything back."

"We had studs come off our van while on our way back from vacation. While in the process of fixing it, we ran into an issue and gave him a call. He was to us in about a half hour, and about a half hour later we were back on the road. We quickly realized there was a totally separate issue, so we called him back. He found us on the freeway and put some transmission fluid in and sent us on our way at no additional cost (which wasn't much to begin with).. turns out the transmission is shot and needs rebuilt or replaced, which isn't something he can do on the side of the freeway, but as he was headed back the other way he noticed we were stuck on the side of the freeway still and swung back around and offered to help us out with a ride to a hotel. While he couldn't ( ot didnt- couldn't) fix the issue with our van, he went above and beyond what was asked of him to make sure we were okay."

"Santa sent me Moore’s Mobile mechanic and it was the BEST present ever! On an 1100 mile road trip my car had a breakdown up on some snowy mountain highway causing me personally to practically have a breakdown. I limped it down the road a bit stopping frequently until I hit civilization only to find every mechanic closed as it was Sunday. I googled mobile mechanics and found rave reviews for Moore’s so called him up. He said he’d be right over and he was! He was so nice and calm and made me feel like it was allll going to be okay. It was going to take awhile as it turned out my water pump had gone out so I decided to stay in a hotel nearby. He even took me over to the hotel while he worked on the car and then came back to get me so I could get my vehicle. Now THAT’S going the extra mile especially when he had to fix the car in the snow and slush in the cold for hours! I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, taking ownership of the problem and fixing it so I could continue on my journey. He knew I was still 700 miles away from home and he insisted that if I had any further problems to call him no matter if I was 5 hours away or it was 3 am in the morning.....that he would jump in his truck and drive to fix it! Awesome customer service! If you need auto repairs you NEED to call this company!!"
