"Pickup from this location is a joke. They bag very small items individually requiring the entire order to be re-bagged before you can remove them from the vehicle. I contacted support and was told that this is the process they follow because multiple employees pick from one order…why? Even if that is their procedure why must they continue to keep the order in the mess it’s in upon delivery. Pickup is supposed to make shopping more convenient and organized yet it’s more difficult than actually shopping in person. Kroger pickup however is extraordinarily better than whatever Wal-Mart is trying to do."
"Honestly, it's just really crowded and loud which is the quota for a super center. Staff hasn't been rude to me, but they are kind of absent but truly I would be if I worked there, too. Too many people for me haha"
"I forgot my wallet in the cart and drove all the way home. I called the customer service rep who was really polite and kind to me; she gave me confidence that they were looking for it. My husband went back looking for it and they had found it!! Phew! They made it easy for me. Thanks for helping with that stressful situation!"
