"I didn’t even make it in the building!!! I called up Lenox Hill to make an appointment for an MRI. Christina answered the phone. She was very abrupt and got annoyed at my questions. She was only focused on getting my information to put in her computer. If I didn’t answer quick enough she would huff and puff then I heard her exclaim, “Oh my God!” to someone close by. My sister who were next to me even heard it. I asked her another question and I think that did it. The phone went dead. She hung up on me! I called back and followed the prompts. This time Erica answered. I said I would like to make an appointment for an MRI and can I ask a question? She said, what? I asked her if they do open MRI’s and she answered that they have open and closed MRI’s but she answered me so rudely and proceeded to fire questions at me again, “What’s your date of birth!” I said bye then hung up. Why torture myself again. These are the people at the front desk dealing with patients? They have no patience whatsoever. They need manners and common courtesy. I’m going someplace where they know how to treat people."
"I had an 8:30 appointment. They requested that I get there at 8:15, which I did. The front desk was excellent. My mammogram tech was great. She introduced herself. She was quick and efficient. The sonogram tech was something else. I had to work for an hour, and I got in the examining room I still had to wait for her again. I wanted to screamed. "What is the expletive you're doing" I tried to hold my composure. I had to go the bathroom to calm myself down. She was working my last nerve. I don't know if she doesn't know her job. She kept my arm up for so long it fell asleep. She pressed down so hard on my breast that I felt the pain the day after. I have no problem with the facility. I just don't want her as a tech. Next time I see her, I will walk out Oh by the way I ended up leaving there at 10:15."
"When I showed up for my appointment today I found out that it was actually scheduled for another day next week. My receptionist was very sympathetic and immediately began to see what could be done for me today. Her bedside manner and nature charisma made the mishap, not for a lack of better of words, but not such a big deal. Ultimately, my entire appointment was rescheduled for today. I really appreciated her professionalism and ability to handle the matter so quickly. I do not recall her name unfortunately, but she is tall (6ft on a good day she said) and very pretty."
"I was a walk-in for a chest X-ray. All receptionists were friendly. I didn’t wait long maybe 15 minutes. X-ray techs were friendly and professional. Waited for the CD to be printed . Overall a great experience using the Lynbrook facility. Kudos to the whole team!"
"The staff was friendly and accommodating! I truly enjoyed my visit. Firstly, A young man opened the door for me and greeted me with warmth. The technician was friendly and caring from start to finish. I took my mom for an imaging test, and we were treated with respect and dignity. The front desk staff was so nice in helping me to get a next appointment for my mom. Thank you all!!!!!"
