"Update: Had to reduce the number of stars thanks again to the condescending uncaring people who answer the phones. The latest experience was with medical records, asking for the second time today for a copy of my MRI report. Apparently this request was too much. The woman who answered asked me a plethora of questions which I presume helped her find the report. Obviously she found it & said she would send it when she “got a chance, maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow.” When I expressed displeasure at this response to my request, she doubled down. When I asked for her name she hung up on me. Orlin & Cohen, your staff needs more training. They make patients want to go elsewhere. Original review: Many thanks to Billy (MRI tech), Eddie (MRI tech) & Nicole (receptionist) at the Lynbrook facility. Billy & Eddie went out of their way to make sure I got the test I needed, to the point of making it possible to get me in the regular MRI machine when the tiny little MRI machine was hurting my broken foot/sprained ankle & back. Nicole was the lovely receptionist kind enough to not only get me a wheelchair so I could get to the bathroom, she also wheeled me in there then later wheeled me out to the car. My husband & I were very appreciative of the courtesy & professionalism of these three people. They represent the best of Orlin & Cohen. Can’t say the same for the call center, reps, one of the managers, and one of the nurses, who stressed me out beyond belief. Something needs to be done about that situation."

"The Receptionist was kind, professional and friendly. The MRI technician throughly explained the procedure, so I knew was to expect. He was professional and friendly. He checked on me twice during the MRI to be sure I was comfortable. Although I doubt most people enjoy getting an MRI the staff made the experience as enjoyable as possible. I would not hesitate to go there again or recommend this location to orhers."

"The actual PT people are amazing and caring . The office staff , specifically those in charge of getting pt authorizations are beyond inept and completely unprofessional . I’m waiting over a month for authorization . No one has called my insurance company , put the paperwork through. I’ve had to go to the office two times to speak to an office manager and still have not gotten authorization because someone is not doing their job."

"My daughter Elyssa had fracture her finger, and had to have surgery. After her surgery she needed OT. We went to Orlin and Cohen the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The OT Claire Nurse is very welcome and show empathy towards my mother, Claire had become the best person to my daughter ❤️ and she talks about Claire like her best friend which I love. Thank you so much Claire for all your hard work. God bless."

"I've been going to Orlin & Cohen for many years. I have been to 36 Lincoln Ave in Rockville Centre, 444 Merrick Road in Lynbrook and now 1728 Sunrise Hwy.. I have seen Dr. Manaqib at both locations and Dr Tarleton, I have had 2 hand surgery performed previously by Dr. Rho who was excellent and now recently an MRI for my lower back and neck done at the Lynbrook location. I will be starting physical Therapy at 444 Merrick Road Lynbrook soon as well.Just be aware there is always a very long wait to be seen expect to spend a couple of hours wait past your scheduled appointment to be seen, so you do not become too frustrated in the waiting room. I have seen people become impatient, upset, have to reschedule or be late to next appointments. This is not like other doctors office where you arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your appointment and then be seen 5 or 10 minutes after your appointment. Expect to arrive early and wait at least and 1 1/2 hour - 2 hours to be seen. They are are always overbooked and waiting area is always crowded. I have been pleased with the care I've received so far."
