"I arrived at the urgent care around 11:30. I was given my diagnosis and the doctor disclosed the prescriptions that I needed to take. She asked one of the workers to add something and at 11:55 the worker said she closed her charts and laughed and thought it was a joke. The doctor came back and said that she needed me to take the medication the same night so they would send the prescription to the 24 hour CVS on North Central. My brother went to go get it and it was never sent. The pharmacist was kind enough to take my brothers information to call him and let him know when he could go pick it up. The pharmacist calls at 8 in the morning to say that the prescription still wasn't sent. I understand that at the end of a work day we are tired and want to go home, but these are people's lives!! It could've been a matter of life and death! That was very unprofessional and careless."

"The receptionist and dr were very nice. Dr was extremely calm and pleasant despite how late at night it was. Diagnosed me and got me the right meds so I’m very grateful. My only complaint is the nurse. He was rude and had a bit of an attitude - even just asking a question felt like a bother to him."

"Usually when I come here I have a pretty decent visit but I visited on 1/2/2024 to retrieve test results that I called multiples times for to be told at the front desk that I never took the test. The young woman was extremely rude and condescending and didn’t apologize when she finally figured out that the test was taking but not collected properly and needed to be redone. I was never contacted or a voicemail left which is not the problem but the woman then refused to give me an appointment for a “walk in” at 8pm when the location closes at midnight . When dealing with health care it’s expected to have a little more empathy and if you’re having a bad day stay home."

"So thankful that this facility (in Lynbrook) had late hours! I needed care at like 11 PM and was seen promptly by a very attentive and professional staff. I would've dreaded having to go to the ER instead. Thank you, Northwell Health for this extremely convenient and reliable facility!"

"Terrible urgent care facility. I probably should've known from previous experiences not to come here but I was in a bind and needed to have my daughter looked at right away. Lets start with reception, she didn't even enter in the correct demographics and the bill I received didn't have my name or my daughters on it. The nurse there was too busy dancing around and playing on his phone to be paying attention to anything. The NP Pitamber seemed completely inexperienced and had to call a doctor just to figure out the procedures on how to exam a child. The nurse (the dancing one) seemed completely confused on how to deal with a child and couldn't take my daughters temp because they didn't have any thermometers!!! The blood pressure machine was broken as well. It was a complete mess and him couldn't even figure out the correct dosage of medicine. It was like the staff there was just for show and not actually professionals. All in all the worst experience I ever had in a medical facility. Just don't go here. There are enough urgent cares around to avoid this one."
