"In the beginning Intelligenetics was excellent. Once we got to our testing done the agent answering the phone was completely lacking empathy, unprofessional, and not the right fit for customer service. We were made aware he was purposely not answering our calls to ask about tracking. When we asked him for expedited service he said it was not available which it was when we spoke to a different agent on the phone we were able to get it done. For the cost of the service, they really should invest in better customer service agents. We have quite an extensive group of people who will be needing the service, and wish we could give a better recommendation. But when time is of the essence and stuck in a foreign country I would hope for just a little empathy from a service such as this."
