"Keri is very nice & cares about what she does.....but she can NOT ever stay on time. Her other staff is also undependable. I’ve been here 6 times and 3 of those times they ran over 30 min behind schedule. Twice I had to reschedule (and I had taken off work to get in- because the technicians were SO behind schedule I’d only have about 25% of my treatment time available). Her prices are on the high end for comparable places in Cleveland area. I am a very busy person (also a business owner), and I find it incredibly disrespectful when a service based business does not respect their clients appointment times and schedules. The services I have received are good services, but I do not like having to pay 100% of the service up front. She is currently in the process of selling her business, and today my service was also started 30 min late because she is training a new owner. I personally think if you are training someone while I’m paying 100% full price, i should have been asked & notified of this (given an option if I want someone training in my private session), AND possibly offered a discount for running SO behind schedule yet again due to her training. I only returned so many times due to me paying up front. I asked for a partial refund of unused services due to the lack of them being able to stay on time / and I was told I may not be refunded. They offer specialty services that are not easy to find in Cleveland area, but I have now searched hard to find a new place to take my business to. It’s a shame because they do have good services, but if you don’t have an extra hour to waste (outside of your scheduled timeframe), then this is not the place to go."

I am very pleased and impressed with the compassionate and attentive care I've received from Keri Berardinelli at Green Lotus Wellness Center. She provides mindful and sensitive care, offers excellent abdominal massage support throughout the treatment, and is an enthusiastic cheerleader for the well-being and vitality of her clients. She and her colleagues are also introducing Yoni Steaming, and other helpful services...things that are tough to find in this part of the country. She also uses a CLOSED system for hydrotherapy, which is my preferred mechanism for well-controlled, sanitary, discreet, and safe colon therapy. She is providing a marvelous service for our community!"
