"So disappointing, this could of been a good thing . I was charged $50 for consultation. After I received no provider call and no meds sent to pharmacy, I tried to get a refund . All to find out I can’t get a refund after consultation.. What consultation???? I answered questions on their site and the answers I received back from online support when asking for a phone call was so robotic . It seemed to be automated . It’s a rip off . They should be ashamed of themselves. I still have yet to talk to a live person ."
