"Comfort Keepers was the glue that held my family together for about fifteen years during the illnesses and gradual decline of my mother, then my father. At times they provided sixteen hours of personal caregivers for my ailing mother, then weekly visits for companionship to my father, and sometimes transportation and companionship for MD visits. Our most wonderful and consistent caregiver, Peggy, became like a member of the family and even eased my father’s passing on his final days. On the days when Peggy was scheduled to visit, I knew I could relax while being away from my father.
