"I came to him with a cyst on my thumb on my left hand and bump on my right hand. After several months, I have not received any answers for what the lump is on my left thumb. The right thumb ultrasound should a bone spur. He referred me to a dermatologist for the left thumb. The dermatologist referred me back to him for further work up as he could not decide what to do with the lump on the left thumb. Due to my work schedule, I can only schedule appointments on fridays. No one at UH was willing to work with me around my schedule. I was not able to get in touch with Dr Macknins nurse (if she was a nurse and not just an MA) yo talk to her. This has been going on for months now. I’m just done. It keeps growing and is painful. So unless you know exactly what need done, don’t trust him."
