"My mother went in when she slipped and fell on the ice. She was in a lot of pain and fractured her ribs. The nurse said she would be back with pain medication and never came back then gave her another patient’s paperwork. My mother told her it wasn’t her paperwork and they just peeled the label off of the other patients name and sent her on her way. This is unacceptable and no human should be treated like this totally unprofessional and I’m sure this violates the hippa policy. I have tried to get a hold of human resource but that’s an impossible task because it just sends you to another recording."
