"Dr Ramisetti was the Dr I changed to after Dr Sabbagh passed away, I was already on Entyvio infusions prior to swapping doctors due to my Ulcerative Colitis and I've maintained remission through it. I had an upcoming app at my infusion center and all of a sudden I get a call from them saying that I'm not allowed to get my infusion because apparently I haven't visited Dr Ramisetti's new office since she changed offices (I have visited said new office in Detroit), and I call the office and they tell me due to the fact that I haven't shown up in a while that they're declining my medication that's keeping me in remission and they can't send another script over until I visit again and I can't do anything until the 1st of July because Dr Ramisetti is out of state. I get no warning regarding this and I have to suddenly quit taking my required dosage of the medication keeping me in remission and for why? Because you guys couldn't save my records of my visit? Now I'm sitting here missing my regular dosage that's keeping me healthy. This never would've happened with Dr Sabbagh, I'm incredibly disappointed. Literally no communication and I just get told out of the blue that my medication is being denied for not visiting an office I have absolutely visited."

"1 Star Review because I had to leave a Star to post or it would be ZERO Stars. I had to leave 3 messages just to schedule an appointment. I was able to get into another office sooner and have left 5 messages asking for a return call for conformation of cancelation of my appointment and have not received a return call. Avoid this office; inefficient, rude and lazy office staff. Go elsewhere."

"Absolute joke. Went in for help with ulcers. Had a scope done. She walks in for 20 seconds after the procedure and says she took a biopsy for cancer and I need to take new meds. Never heard from her again. Tried calling her office for weeks and never get an answer. Email they have says not working. Finally get a hold of someone yesterday. Told them I need my meds refilled and want to know if I have cancer. Lady tells me she will tell doc and send my meds to my pharmacy. Never heard back. Week later still pharmacy hasn't received my prescription from her. I can honestly say I've never had a doc like this. I can't even count how many attempts I've made to contact her."

"Staff was rude over the phone and communication was incredibly lacking, absolutely no EMR which is ridiculous. If you’re looking for a new doctor, keep looking."
