"Does not even deserve 1 star. My mother was there for 4 weeks and she ended up in the hospital in the ICU because they almost killed her. She was placed on a bed pan and was stranded on it for 2 and half hours, her voice gone hoarse because she was yelling for someone to take her off of it. She had surgery done on her arm before she went there and was supposed to have dressing changed twice a day. She was lucky if she got it changed every other day. Then her bandages were coming down on her arm exposing her wound, the nursing staff refused to change it and told her to"Oh just throw a towel over it". They have 2 nurses for the entire facility which contains up to 100 or more patients and that's only on the weekdays. On the weekend it's only 1 nurse for the whole facility.When she was placed in the facility they was putting her in the rooms farthest away from the nurses station so she was very frequently forgot about. Instead of answering the calls of their residents, the nurses would sit there and talk to other staff. I really cannot believe the overall indecency of the place."

"This place is horrible. My parents were both in there for rehabilitation and I had them both out of there within 48hrs!!! They received 1 egg and 1 piece of toast for breakfast. Their lunch was a piece of chicken that was so hard you could barely cut through it and the spaghetti noodles that they called buttered noodles were totally plain, dry, and hard. It was all cold. The little pad of butter they received that I’m guessing was for the “buttered noodles” wouldn’t even melt on the noodles they were so cold. They received NO kind of care at all in the 48 hour period they were there! They had a couple VERY nice aids but the one nurse was SO fake nice that it made me want to vomit. You could tell on her face through her fake smile she was totally annoyed and bothered by me as I was trying to pack up my parents and get out of there. Gnats flying around everywhere in my parents room. Was definitely NOT impressed at all! Please do NOT send your loved ones here for anything! I wouldn’t have even given it 1 star if I didn’t have too!!!"

"I would not put my worst enemy in this place!! They constantly ignore the patient buzzers. Pain meds that are due 4 times a day are only being given twice a day. The food is absolutely disgusting!!! It comes in styrofoam containers and is cold before you even receive it. They give you no choice as to what you get and the portions are pathetic! They never change the beds. And there is no where for anyone who comes to visit you to sit."

"My aunt & uncle were both at this facility. It was really nice that they let them share a room while they were there. Awhile after they went home my uncle passed away and my aunt is now back for long term care. Her room is super cute with alot of her own decorations there and she really likes it there. The nurses are very nice to her, especially Julia and Jayne. The dietary director cooks out on the grill for the residents alot so the food is also good. Thanks to everyone there and keep up the good work!!! 5 stars!!"

"My grandma passed last night after getting horrible care there since they changed from Vista. They pretty much let her starve to death. Today nobody could get in her room. Everything was already boxed up and left outside. I bought her flowers Saturday and they are gone. I wanted to keep them. Room was emptied of her things and cleaned out by morning with someone else there. Nobody answering my calls. The place is horrible."
