"The doctors are very nice and really take the time to get to know our kiddos. Unfortunately, our issues seem to be with the receptionist. Apparently, I wasn’t behind the line when checking out (I have three children I’m trying to get out the door) and instead of politely reminding me there was a line, she told me to get back. I was so embarrassed and a bit confused about her hostility. Hopefully, she’s learning new ways to communicate what is expected of us."
