"This was the best Dentist I have ever went to in my 55 years. They are very thorough, they're very very clean & they care... Dr. Savopoulos Walked me through everything, not in a hurry either. Being on the Ohio medical card sometimes others are very hard on us patients, not this time they treated me with no Judgement & with respect. Finding this is very rare in today's times. I'm very greatful..."

"I have no complaints with the care I've received there in the past. My issue is with some of their policies about scheduling. Recently, I scheduled a simple cleaning. I arrived at my appointment, where a woman looked at my teeth. Then I was told, "Let's get your cleaning scheduled." Because I hadn't had an appointment in a certain amount of time, I had been re-registered as a new patient and all I could do that day was an exam. I was told that I had several cavities and could come back to have them fixed in two months. My cleaning, that I had hoped to get that day? Not for another six months. They said that if I wanted an earlier cleaning, I could call EVERY MORNING to see if they had any cancellations. I can't for the life of me understand who thought this policy was reasonable. What a waste of everyone's time. I've been happy with the care I've received here in the past, but this policy alone has me looking elsewhere. If it takes six months to do parts I and II of a simple dental cleaning, there's no point!"

"I've had to go to this dentist office four times since July, needing 3 fillings and 4 extractions done. All of my fillings were done with tremendous care, from the drilling process to the filling. I had my first ever extraction done today on a damaged wisdom tooth, and the process went really well. All of my appointments have been done with Dr. Sawiriss, and she is truly wonderful. I was extremely nervous for several of my appointments, and she, as well as the other staff, were always kind and courteous to me and understanding of my anxiety. This office has taken the dread out of going to the dentist for me, and I'd like to personally thank the staff for making these procedures easier on me both physically and emotionally."

"I just had to reschedule an appointment spoke to a Beth at the Lisbon location who was a bit cold. She doesn't seem like there's a warm bone in her body. That's not the type of person who should be dealing with the public. Something comes up and you have to reschedule. It's called life sweetheart. Plus, she doesn't even say bye which I find extremely rude. Just hangs up on you as your being nice and saying bye with no response. Everyone else I've dealt with there have been very nice and haven't had any issues."

"PATIENTS BEWARE: WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!! The dentist herself was callus, disrespectful & unwarrantably belittling. Treated me with such disdain with her malicious & derogatory remarks towards me having Lupus & I was told that I was lying about the unsavory KNOWN side effects of my medication & was treated as if I just have the “worst dental hygiene of all time” (mind you that I am 31 years old & I have only ever had ONE CAVITY in my entire life prior to this appointment!). The staff was just as inconsiderate, impolite & contentious as the dentist was. Not one single person in that building during the three separate occasions that I was seen ever showed me any level of compassion or genuine care or concern & instead they chose to be rude, belittle me & actually brought me to tears on all three occasions because of the humiliating way they spoke down to me & treated me in such a demeaning & despicable manner was just completely unacceptable for a doctor’s office that is supposed to show genuine care for their patients. If I could give them NO STARS, I would because they do not even deserve one star AT ALL!!!!! I. ADVISE. YOU. TO. NOT. GO. HERE if youre looking for an actual caring & considerate dentist & staff because these people are the FARTHEST THING FROM IT!!!!"
