"One of the worst experiences for a simple blood draw. I was the only patient when I arrived but despite that, Sherri and Tiffany acted as though it was an extreme inconvenience to assist me. It took over an hour to complete 1 test and required multiple attempts to draw blood because of inadequate training. Both nurses were extremely rude throughout the prolonged process, and I received several eye rolls and terse responses to my politely asked questions. At the end of it all, they forget to put a bandage on my arm."

"I came in last minute due to the hospital staff pointing me to the wrong place and the lady was super nice. I am slightly phobic of needles and she was super calm and polite about it. I know it's cheesy but I barely felt the needle at all. This helped a ton with my fear. Plus for each time they filled a new bottle with blood, she didn't FORCE the bottle into the needle. She held the needle and then put the container on it so it's MUCH less painful. Thank you for everything!"
