"This has to be a scam. For a complete year we were paying $500+/month just to still have to come out of pocket on every medical visit I’ve had. They covered absolutely NOTHING while we had a policy with them. Then had the nerve to suggest we up our policy so that we would have better coverage. If I didn’t have secondary insurance I would be up to my neck in medical bills right now."

"This company is a fraud. I was paying $384 per month for this insurance and it never covered anything. I wish everyone they scammed would come together and file a class act lawsuit. "Their reps tell you the plan has no deductible. What they don't tell you is that they barely discount any visits with any doctors. Absolutely horrible!!!"

"Their medical sect pays hardly anything for hospital visits, emergency situations or medical lab work, but charge over 200 a month for coverage. They’re so location specific that I don’t qualify at any practice to get coverage with their insurance. Lastly, I can also never reach an agent when I need to speak to one..they just let you sit on hold for 20 minutes or until you hang up. But I’m giving them an extra star instead of just one because the one agent I spoke with was nice."

"I was in contact with this company for health insurance. It ended up being too much for us and I found another insurance. I called and told the agent I was no longer interested and he pushed my application through anyway causing a ton of problems with my bank. They charged me almost a month after I said I was no longer interested. What I was charged wasn’t even what we had talked about so I have no clue what I was signed up for. Super frustrating and confusing."
