"Worst experience. came in 03/02/24 for an appointment scheduled a week prior. Confirmed the appoint as show in the photo and uploaded all of my paperwork and insurance info. I get here and check in to be told I never confirmed my appointment so my insurance was never verified through the system. They told me I can sit and wait 30min for it to be verified, just to tell me 30min later it can’t be verified due to BCBS being closed and I would need to reschedule. I told them I’m not rescheduling and left. They are very last minute and this is so irritating especially because I did my part and the ball was dropped on their end. No one even contacted me to let me know the insurance wasn’t verified and their site clearly shows that it was uploaded."

"You know I used to love you guys but your management office who handles your insurance and scheduling really need to learn how to do their job. Not only did they waste 3 hours of mine and a 40 min drive one way on a Saturday just to say they were overbooked and try to send me elsewhere they failed to show any empathy for the situation. No care at all. then they wasted 2 weeks not bothering to verify insurance for my oldest son when y'all took the exact same insurance just 2 weeks ago with my other son. Worst office ever great dentists horrible office managers and receptionists. Absolute worst and disrespectful of people's time. I could have scheduled another appointment somewhere else for my son instead of waiting on you but no your office just failed to check anything till the day before. I will never be back or recommend another patient to you ever again."

"Dr. Omar and Charice my hygienist were an awesome duo. Charice took special care of me since I was nervous and suffer from anxiety. She even played jazz music for me. This is going to be my go to place now. Not to mention the office staff was courtesy and extra sweet."

"Our family scheduled appointments for today, 2/10/24. Three people with back-to-back appointments. My appointment was first, at 9am followed by 930 and 1015. I received 13 (I counted them for this review lol) reminder text messages over the few days prior to the appointments, this includes two the morning of, just to get a call at 857am saying all appointments were cancelled for the day. They said the office was closed for the day due to having to be at another office, or something along those lines. So, we were up early on a Saturday, in the rain, sitting at the office when the appointments were cancelled. Things happen, maybe this was legit or maybe not. But after 13 reminders to be at said appointments on time I expect to have an appointment or at the bare minimum have it cancelled at a convenient time. This was my first experience with Jefferson Dental and I don't believe I will be trying them again in the future. I'm not terribly upset or disgruntled. This was just bad organization/customer service in my opinion, and not what I'm looking for in a dentist office. First timers, schedule with a measure of caution."
