Welcome to Dr. Kelly W. Crooks DC, located at Dr. Webb and Associates, 42 E Maiden St, Washington, PA 15301. Since 1977, Dr. Crooks has been dedicated to providing the highest quality conservative spine care to the residents of Washington County and the surrounding areas. Specializing in the management of acute and chronic biomechanical non-surgical spine injuries, Dr. Crooks addresses issues stemming from auto accidents, work-related incidents, and sports injuries.

Dr. Crooks holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from West Virginia University and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He further specialized with a four-year Orthopedics program at Logan College of Chiropractic. Committed to staying at the forefront of spine care, Dr. Crooks has continually updated his education, earning certifications in sports medicine injuries, low back pain and sciatica management, musculoskeletal MRI interpretation, flexion/distraction lumbar treatment, and more. Notably, in 2021, he completed the University of Pittsburgh's Primary Spine Practitioner program—a rigorous one-year certification for non-surgical spinal practitioners.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Crooks is an avid road and mountain cyclist with over 30 years of experience, including five years of competitive racing. He also enjoys snowboarding and weight training.

Dr. Crooks balances his professional life with a fulfilling family life. He and his wife, Diane Mascara-Crooks, reside in Washington, PA, and together they have two sons, Ryan Crooks, MD, and Wesley Crooks, a stepdaughter, Kylie Mascara-Gupta, and a grandson, Ari Maximus.
