Reviews
"The moon tree is in such a beautiful setting with nearby picnic tables and playground. It's a dog friendly area, but please clean up and keep on leash!"
"It's seriously the best place to take you're family the lake is amazing"
"An extraordinary monument to the ingenuity and perseverance of the human race, the hardworking and dedicated individuals at NASA, and the brave astronauts of the Apollo 14 mission. Beautiful park and although the grounds could be better kept, it's still and astonishing landmark in a quaint little Appalachian foothill town."
"Really cool to see this, drive all the way back to the shelters by the Air Force planes. Wish the park took better care of the grounds around the tree and restored the plaque so there was written history for visitors. We had to inform locals what we were doing hugging a tree bc they had no idea this tree’s seeds orbited the moon! Worth a pit stop if you’re driving through the area."
