"Very friendly n caring staff. Had pain that would not let me sleep after my first adjustment I felt better n was able to sleep.. Dr hornickel would explain things along the way... Some days when I was unbearable he would tell me just get to office as soon as I could...(even after hours) for my adjustment..(he really does personally answer the phone).
