I had a problem where my insurance wouldnt cover for equipment that I needed and he got upset, hand wrote a letter, had it faxed over, and personally called my insurance. Within a few hours, I had the equipment I needed. He also went and grabbed all of the nurses, tech, and aides, pulled them aside together and told them specifically how he wants wounds dressed and taken care of. He really takes care of his patients."
