"The clinical staff is wonderful. The secretarial staff is the worst. The doors are locked. You call when you arrive. Don't expect someone to come let you in. You will stand on a porch without a bench. If you have broken or fractured bones keep this in mind. They do have a waiting room but you can't get to it unless the secretarial staff unlocks the door. I would wait in the waiting room forever for the clinical staff. They are excellent. Let's see if anyone reads comments and addresses the comments. Posted Thursday 10/21/2021"

"Patients of Dr Alamario for years we are no longer patients as of 6/23/21. Dr Alamario stated they call 2 days in advance to confirm appointments Clearly as the picture shows it was less than 24 hours to the appointment. We couldn't call them back when we got the message it was after hours. They want to ask questions. What questions? We drove 45 minutes to hear the appointment has been cancelled. I said his teeth hurt and his gums are bleeding from the last appointment you canceled over a month ago due to your hygienist quitting after 28 years that did not make a difference. Rachel stated she called in the morning. Problem my Verizon bill shows no incoming call and I have no voicemail. The decent thing would be to at least cancel the appointment before we arrived Not to hear about Covid-19 precautions even hospitals and doctor offices are open. Those same questions could have been asked at the dentist office. No concern of a dental problem that should have been looked at 2 months ago. I need a dentist whose policy is to see patients A dentist I can rely on for a toothache or problem. One that has concern for his patients. He would not listen just insisting that Rachel called 2 days ago. Look again it was the night before. He does not have a hygentist and the parking lot was packed. Did Rachel give his appointment to a friend and now there was no availability??? I don't like to be yelled at either of I called you. Yes that made me angry. No one would listen even when I told them I could show you my detail call record. No compassion. I will now locate a dentist with a better policy."

"My experience today was the best one I’ve ever had! Dr. Alimario was the nicest and most caring dentist I’ve ever been to! He took the time to talk to me and made sure I was comfortable before doing anything at all. A broken tooth that I thought for sure would have to pulled, he was able to fix! I’m looking forward to going back and making my entire family their appointments with them also! Thank you so much for such a great experience!"

"My family has been going to Dr. Alimario for years and it's always a wonderful experience. He and his staff are extremely professional while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Over the years I've been to several dentists and none of them have ever shown the interest in their patients that Dr. Alimario shows. He is genuinely concerned about his patients health and takes an interest in his patient's lives outside of the dentist chair. I highly recommend him."
